Starting today, Wednesday (6/23), all physical work activities under East Jakarta Water Resources Sub-dept. are stopped temporarily. It is because heavy equipment and truck cannot pass for the smooth of homecoming flow.

It will be applied until seven days after Eid ul-Fitr

According to Yoserizal, Section Head of Maintenance for East Jakarta Water Resources Sub-dept., physical work will be stopped from today until Sunday (7/2).

"It will be applied until seven days after Eid ul-Fitr. Considering heavy equipment and truck are not allowed to pass due to the density of homecoming flow," he expressed, Tuesday (6/20).

Moreover, the worker also has started to take homecoming to their hometown.

This year, he continued, there are at least 100 packages of activities using self-managed funds. From that number, around 80 activities have been completed. And the rest are targeted to be completed in the upcoming July.
